Software
Charges
A software Seat License is required
for any desktop, laptop, or network server that
will be backing up data. You
must have at least (1) one seat license to begin
service.
$3
per Seat License per month |
For
example, if you wanted to backup a laptop and
a server; you would need to request 2 seats @
$3 per mth for a total of $6 per mth.
Annual Payment for Seat License - 12 months for the price of 10 months. . For example, 1 seat @ $3 per month * 12 months = $36; The 12 for 10 SPECIAL annual payment would be $30 per year.
Storage
Vault Charges
This charge is based on the Backup
Service Plan you select and the amount of storage
used each month. One Backup Service Plan can be
used for multiple software seats.
Overage
If you need more storage than provided in your
base plan, simply use what is necessary and the
excess storage will be pro-rated to the nearest
1MB (Incremental cost per MB will be based
on the service plan selected). This
allows you to use more space when it’s required
without having to change a thing - and then go
back to what you need the next month.
REMEMBER:
The
storage space needed is after compression. So
depending on the type of data being protected,
the data size will be reduced by as much as 60%.

This charge is for assisted installation as performed by our eBackupSolution.com staff. Installation includes the setup of our software on either your specified PC or Server.
